Our “À Côté de la Track” is an unfiltered dry cider with 7% alcohol by volume. It was produced for the month of December 2021.

It was fermented with wild yeast using a blend of our traditional apples and a maceration on sumac berries picked “next to the railway track”.

It presents complex aromas of ripe apples and red fruits with notes of toast. On the palate it has a crisp acidity with aromas of lemon and wild berries. The fine and persistent bubbles amplify the fruity aromas and complexity of this “Pet’ Nat” cider.
