Pirate’s Nectar

6 oz (170 ml) hot McKeown Pear Cider
2 oz (56 ml) Spiced Captain Morgan rum
1 teaspoon (15ml) Dolce* cinnamon syrup
Cinnamon and sugar for rim
Garnish with a slice of pear

Heat McKeown Pear cider in a pot. In a bowl, mix equal parts of cinnamon and sugar. Rub rim with McKeown Pear cider then dip into mix. Prepare the Dolce* cinnamon syrup: In a saucepan, heat equal parts of brown sugar and water, add a teaspoon of cinnamon. In a glass, pour Dolce cinnamon syrup, the rum, and hot McKeown Pear cider. Mix, garnish with a slice of pear, and enjoy!
